Market Health is a new tool for traders and analysts which gives a snapshot of global market performance, currency strength and real-time exchange opening and closing times.

Using data from Quandl, Market Health allows users to take a macro look at global markets and indices including the Dow Jones, S&P 500, FTSE 100 and DAX 40 to help formulate and deliver on trading strategies.

Split between 3 main viewpoints, users can easily switch between world overview, stock exchange open times and index performance.

The global view combines exchange opening times and currency performance, presented on a world map. The map, shown as a heatmap shows currency strength against a base currency of your choice.

Stock exchange opening times showcases 8 global stock exchange markets and details exactly when they’re open and closed, how long they’re open for and whether or not they’re currently closed for public holidays. All of this information is presented in an easy to read timeline format and is updated in real time.

The performance section groups major market indices into geographical groups and is a quick way to get a picture of whether a geographical market is up or down. Users can also filter by developed or emerging markets.

Market Health has been created to help you get a complete picture of global markets and indices in a single place.

This tool shows continuous 24 hour timeline for each exchange, updated every minute.

Exchange opening times are shown in calendar style bars with countdown timers to either open or close.

The performance view gives you an overall view of how each region’s indexes are performing by using red to green performance indicator. Each region contains eight key indexes and an overall performance rating based on these indexes.
