In this webinar I outline expectations for the Bank of England's August policy meeting. At the previous BOE meeting, policymakers downplayed the threat of inflation. However, with headline UK CPI back on the rise towards +3% y/y, pressure is rising again for the BOE to address a potential stimulus withdrawal.

With no new economic forecasts due, all attention today is on the outcome of the policy vote and the language employed in the policy statement itself. Trade setups in GBP/CHF, GBP/JPY, GBP/USD, and EUR/GBP are discussed.
