Strategy Video: Skewed Potential for EURUSD, GBPUSD and NZDUSD

John Kicklighter, Chief Strategist

Talking Points:

• Market conditions, probability vs potential and top fundamental themes project significant potential

• Potential is not a trade until it is triggered and sustained by an active market

Combining a number of the concepts from previous strategy videos, we look more closely at EURUSD, GBPUSD and NZDUSD. There are underlying trends, technical levels and impending event risk; but these factors alone will not likely direct us to rewarding trade setups. We must look at the underlying trends and technical milestones against the context of market conditions. Impending event risk leverages market response only when it generates a 'surprise' and sustains that movement only when it is a major fundamental theme. Between major fundamental themes, broad analysis and potential vs probability; we use this Strategy Video to identify considerable asymetrical trade opportunities that simply await the correct promp...perhaps upcoming event risk.
