Forex: EURUSD Decline Declerating, Risk Trends Critical

Fundamental themes like underlying risk trends and the Euro-area financial crisis are the source of trend development and correlation across the Forex and capital markets. Both are currently active - the reason EURUSD is below 1.2700 - but the market seems convinced on neither front. If we are to see the US equity market's tumble translate into meaningful declines for EURUSD and AUDUSD amongst other pairs, we need to see these fear manifest in speculative positioning. In today's video, we monitor those potential catalysts for risk trends and run down the trade potential from different mixes in risk and Euro-crisis trends.
