Event risk offered another swell in volatility this past session (this one supporting bulls), but absent were serious breakouts or trend development. EURUSD mimicked the swing in sentiment step for step, but GBPUSD refused to play along. A currency pair or asset that refuses to move with a bullish current paints a very bearish forecast. We look at the cable's levels and market bearings a little more closely. We also take a look at the different impact that rate expectations and risk trends have on AUDUSD versus AUDNZD and AUDCAD.
