DailyFX Webinar Schedule: Week of March 31, 2013

Research, Research Team

Next week draws major fundamental themes to the surface – and we are likely to see heavy volatility and trend development for a few particular currencies. The most recognizable fundamental release on deck is the US NFPs on Friday. However, the event risk the greatest market movement potential is easily the Bank of Japan and Bank of England rate decisions.

Aside from these events, the themes of Euro-area crisis (expanding out from Cyprus) and general risk trends still carry considerable potential energy, but there is no clear catalyst or time frame for it. The Bank of England rate decision has heavy potential because of the sterling’s aggressive move on expectations of near-term stimulus (likely to be disappointed). Yet , it is the The Bank of Japan Rate Decision that is almost certainly going to jump start a serious and lasting move.
