No official recommendation just yet, but I like the idea of trying to buy the cross once 1.4000 is taken out to the downside. I will look for an overdone move in the 1.3900's and then isolate an attractive counter-trend entry point. All technical studies show highly oversold, so a base of some form is to be expected at current levels.
