The EURUSD October low remains intact. The month of November formed an inside bar (the entire month's range was engulfed by the prior month). Quietly, the euro is making higher lows against the dollar. Swing lows occurred on October 28, November 13, and November 21. As long as price is above the November 21 low of 1.2423, a break of the range that has held since late October has a good chance of being to the upside.
