Ahh OK melbgirl, I understand now. Todays NY close was just 5 pips above the 200, will be interesting to see what comes of the RBA mins and Asia session. Seems confirmed now that France has had a ratings demotion, might rule out any good news from the EU meeting, France being the 2nd largest of the Euro economies.

2763 is the weekly 2042/3172 50 back on the weekly chart.

The last couple of hourly candles should be a worry for bulls. 1.2780/90 might cap from here.

No, it looks like it's going for a retrace of the post Moody's drop. Watching RSI divergence and today's close.

France? What France? Nothing like a new bailout package for Greece, a real shot in the arm for the EUR! LOL Still watching the divergence.

As I said it depends on today's close under the 200 DMA. I'll be patient as you don't want to get caught out ahead of Thanksgiving holiday.

You're certainly right on target about not wanting to get caught ahead of Thanksgiving. Thanks for the reply

Here is my weekly forecast. EUR/USD is just testing the broken TL. Still missing is the 61.8% or 100% extension of the race ( 1.2830 - 1.3170), yielding 1.26 or 1.2490. Then the 5th wave on the weekly should move EURUSD beyond 1.3170.
