Gold is closing in on its all-time high. A move to a new high would negate the bearish implications from the impulsive decline and set sights on round figures such as 1300, 1400, 1500, etc. Daily RSI has entered overbought territory for the first time since early May (the top was not until late June). Watch the top of the channel for resistance in the event of a move to a new high. Coming under the channel would signal a reversal.
